Shipping & Processing
- All our items include FREE SHIPPING!
- We currently offer shipping within the United States only. Please continue to check back as we are working on international shipping so we can get Cosmé to the whole world.
- Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from receipt of payment.
- Please be aware that items available on backorder will usually be ready to ship within 2-3 weeks.
- If you have ordered multiple items and one of them is on backorder, please note that your entire order will ship once the backordered item is in stock (usually about 2-3 weeks).
- You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is on its way.
- Orders are shipped through USPS and should arrive within 2-8 business days depending on your distance from Washington, D.C. Please remember that weekends, holidays and natural disasters can cause delays.
- You can keep track of your package once we provide you with a tracking number. If your item is marked as delivered and you haven’t received it, please give it another day or two then contact the USPS. If you have additional delivery issues please contact us using the form above. We will do our best to try to help you.
Returns & Refunds
- Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Once your order is placed it is very difficult for us to make any changes.
- All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Our return policy is 14 days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund after 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival and let us know within 7 days if any significant damage occurred in transit. To return your product, please provide images of the damages by emailing us at cosmescents@gmail.com to initiate the process.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Used candles cannot be returned or refunded.
- Once we approve your order for a return, you must ship it back within 5 days.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable or reimbursable.
- You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t/don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
- We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above. Please contact us if you have any questions or problems.
- We apologize but we do not accept exchanges at this time.
